Hi Les and Kay
Great to hear of your lovely lovely holiday. Just what you both obviously
needed. And your children are doing pretty well too. Croatia looks so
different from NZ. It is so interesting to be enjoying life in a very
different culture. I just loved reading that the water is so clean. Why
bother coming home.
Our winter seems quite cold this year but I have noticed the first signs of
spring. One of the sheep we look after had twins the other day and the other
9 are getting close. The blackbirds are definitely staking out their
territory and making sure they get the best lady for the season.
We won our race last Sunday in a most spectacular way. Six on board and we
had to work really hard and well in the very windy and disturbed conditions
but we ended up over the line passing the last yacht within a 100 m or so.
Great fun.
Now we are licking our wounds!!!

Hi Les & Kay
Your travelogue of Croatia was fantastic particularly bought back memories
of our 1985 trip which covered some of the same spots. Beautiful country. We
are green with envy weathering the cold wet winter back here in Tauranga.
Dont hurry back...........try and get ill somewhere in south of France.
Thanks for your news. I think Jared was mentioned on TV last night as runner
up to some triathalon event which included kayaking, optional base jumping
and other hair-raising escapades.
